About Me
While I enjoy working with clients from all fields, my specialization is treating creative professionals and artists. As a creative, you may be building your career or considering a complete career shift. Regardless of where you are now, the unknowns of where you'll end up next can be anxiety-provoking.— and that’s on top of navigating the myriad difficulties of being a sensitive person living in a complex society in an uniquely stressful moment in history. It’s kind of…a lot.
My personality style is relaxed, non-judgemental, collaborative, authentic, direct, and sometimes humorous. I practice with curiosity, with an eye towards creating a space where we can think together about your inner and outer worlds, what’s holding you back, what’s missing, and what you desire and value the most.
My hope is that our work together will bring more clarity, creativity, connection, satisfaction, and meaning into your life, work, and relationships :)
